Thunderbird Executive Education Online Programs - Refund Policy


In order to be eligible for a refund, a participant must not have accessed the course materials. Course materials are readings, videos, and course pages. If a participant has not yet accessed course materials they are eligible for a 100% refund within 90 days of purchase. A refund request must be made to [email protected]. Requests made after 90 days are not eligible for a refund.

While uncommon, if Thunderbird receives overpayment participants have two options. You can request the difference be refunded to the original payer or request that Thunderbird holds the credit to apply to another course. Thunderbird will hold the credit for one year after its receipt. If the credit is not used within one year Thunderbird reserves the right to remove the credit from the participant's account.
